Our approach is hyper-seasonal, with menus shaped by the rhythms of nature and the exceptional produce of our local growers. We change our menu every six weeks to reflect what’s at its peak — ensuring each visit offers something fresh, thoughtful and deeply connected to place.
Since opening, Flotilla has become known for its considered cooking, warm hospitality and commitment to quality. In 2022, we were honoured to receive our first Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Hat, proudly retaining it in 2023, 2024 and 2025— a reflection of the dedication and passion of our entire team, past and present.
